Kasim Hussain

Kasim Hussain studied for a Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) degree at the prestigious Aston University, where he completed four years of intensive academic and clinical training.

Following his qualification as a pharmacist, he further advanced his expertise by undertaking a specialised Pharmacist Independent Prescribing course at Keele University, enabling him to diagnose, assess and prescribe treatments independently within his area of clinical competence.

As a qualified Independent Pharmacist Prescriber with over four years of experience in healthcare, Kasim has developed a strong clinical foundation across both community and primary care settings. He currently works within a GP surgery, where he plays an integral role in supporting patients with medication management, long-term condition reviews, prescribing, and delivering patient-centred clinical care.

Mujahid Ahmed

Mujahid Ahmed has been working within the field of Pharmacy since 2016, developing extensive clinical knowledge and experience across a variety of healthcare settings.

He graduated from the internationally recognised Aston University in 2019 with a Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) degree, where he completed rigorous academic and clinical training that laid the foundation for his professional career in patient care and medicines optimisation.

Committed to continuous professional development, Mujahid later pursued further postgraduate education at Keele University, where he successfully qualified as an Independent Pharmacist Prescriber.

This advanced qualification enables him to assess patients, make clinical decisions, and prescribe treatments independently within his scope of practice. Keele University’s prescribing programme is accredited by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and is designed to prepare pharmacists for safe, evidence-based prescribing within modern healthcare settings.
